FAQs

Shipping?

We are currently shipping to the United States and Canada. If you are outside of the US or Canada, please message us before placing an order. We ship via USPS and will process and ship the order within 5 days. 

If you live in the Bay Area, you can also select "Pick Up" and we will reach out to arrange a pick up from our home in North Oakland. 

All packages and packaging materials are recyclable (and reusable!). 

Shipping ranges from about $8-24 depending on where you live, how many items you purchase and the size. 

Food Safe?

Yes! All glazes we use are food safe. 

Microwave and Dishwasher safe?

Yes and no. Microwave safe all the way. Most items are very delicately made and while they are all technically dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing, especially any pieces that have etchings or drawings on them. 

Returns?

No... but if something arrives broken, please, please, please let us know  (email- sexpotceramics@gmail.com) and we will replace it.  

Custom Orders or Commissions?

Sometimes! Doesn't hurt to ask :)
